It's no longer my intention to sell this stock at the time but something strange happened with BPITrade wherein many investors and traders were forced to change password due to a system glitch "kuno" but still unable to login for long hours with our open orders and positions got hijacked and/or executed on that unforgettable day.

4) PCA 10k@14.38, 02/2016 +6.40%@15.30, 05/2016

1) IPO + IIWYK
Initial Public Offering + Invest In What You Know

It's clear on the ledger above that I made a golden entry price with this stock. I've known this company since my first mortgage was provided by them without any hoopla for my first and only H&L property back in 1995. I'm so attached to this company as I managed to fully paid my mortgage earlier than my 60 months contract without any single issues such as early repayment penalty up to the house key turn over. So when I heard about the news for its intention to go public, I jumped in the IPO bandwagon without any hesitation and got it at the right price following my usual 10% rule with my Puhunan.

2) Harakiri
Got Peso Cost Averaging (PCA) Wrong!

Then I don't know why after a year of holding it I bought more at its peak instead of selling and profiting from that setup which is now I learned as a Super Play (SP) position at the time. I'm sure I didn't bother to look at the chart to investigate its price level. I can't really remember why I did that fatal mistake but surely I remember that I reinvested the profits I made with $DAVIN (a Bagger, yes!) at the time. Also I remember knowing Aya Laraya first time as I got hooked with his Pesos and Sense program which I watched all its episodes in YouTube then read/watched almost all of his Power Point presentation on his website wherein PCA seemed to make sense ("ARRGGH!") - I'm not blaming him! - it's solely and entirely Puhunan's fault!

I call it now as Juan Tamad Investor Play (JTIP) for silly Investor like Puhunan!

It's a MPB Play that turned out to be a total disaster!

A Harakiri play indeed!

3-4) PCA
Got It Totally Wrong!

I totally violated my 10% rule here because Manny Pacquiao entered the scene as the major celebrity endorser of this bank. At the time I thought what more to doubt with the potential of this company? Sadly, that's all I know in making decision to invest - simply Buy/Hold through PCA + IIWYK Plays - all News, no Chart, no TA!

Realisation
"Pera na naging bato pa!" - Ano Rao

  • I now remember what happened in Log 2 - it simply fell short of my intended quota of at least MPB 1+ Level - yes, it's the Bagger mentality is definitely the main culprit which I still have and keep on doing up until now - I have to change it soon or otherwise it's gonna be hue hue hue.

  • Then in Log 3 - I practiced PCA at the wrong stock and at the wrong time - I had those many chances to ILCI earlier but kept on believing it will go back up to MPB 1+ Level but it's all just hue hue hue.

  • In Log 4, I honestly thought it bottomed out at P14 Level and truly believe it's due to rise but I finally realised that I've lost so much time and money waiting for it to break even - 4 years na! hue hue hue.
  • Kung ayaw malugi, wag ulitin! - hue hue hue!

    5) ILCI
    The Puhunan Savior!

Though $EW's monthly price direction is technically bullish,

I've now accepted it as a BIG LOSS!
but definitely gained a BIG LESSON from it.

What happened with BPITrade at the time might be a good Divine intervention.

As it's never been green like this ever before!

    So no more regrets!

Still IPO, IIWYK and/or JTIP-PCA Plays?

    Certainly not!

    It's ICWT!

    Indeed!
